Online File Vault

This system allows large files to be transferred to and from Frazier personnel and any related 3rd parties.

The file will be uploaded to a central server and a download link emailed to the recipient(s).

The files in the online vault are deleted after two weeks.

  • "From Name/Email" is the person/address who will be displayed as the sender of this email.
  • "From Email" will also be added as a recipient in the TO list.
  • To send to multiple recipients - seperate email addresses with commas.
  • If you do not want the download link email sent directly to the recipient leave this box blank. You will receive an email which you can then forward on. This is often the best option if the final recipient is having trouble receiving the email due to SPAM controls.
  • It is recommended to add a subject and a message so the email is less likely to be flagged as SPAM for the recipient.

    • Please note a total of 10 GigaBytes may be uploaded. Be aware that large files may take some time to transfer.

    It is highly recommended that you ZIP files before uploading them to the Online Vault as this will speed up the transfer and make downloading the file(s) much easier. Click here to view/print instructions on how to ZIP files & folders.
